Washington, DC Area Airports
The Washington, DC area has three major airports: Reagan National (DCA), Dulles International (IAD), and Baltimore/Washington International (BWI). If feasible, we recommend flying into Reagan National, as it is the closest to our venue, Meridian House, at approximately 20–30 minutes by car. Dulles is about 45–60 minutes, and BWI is about an hour. All three are great options!

Driving About Town
If you are within driving distance, driving to DC is a great option! Most hotels offer parking, but having a car for the weekend is not necessary. Uber and Lyft are readily available throughout the city, and we will be providing transportation to and from our venue for guests staying at our room-block hotels.

Amtrak is a great option for getting to Washington, DC! Amtrak offers several routes, including the faster Acela service. We recommend booking your train to Washington Union Station (WAS), which is centrally located and makes it easy to grab an Uber or Lyft to your hotel. The drive to our recommended hotels is approximately 10–15 minutes, making it a convenient way to get into the city without having to worry about driving or parking!
